Offer terms

Who runs it. This promotion is offered by Humainz, Inc., the company behind Waimz™ ("we", "us"). Waimz™, a brand of Humainz, Inc.
Who can join. You must be 18 or older and follow the Instagram account @waimz.social. The offer is limited to the first 1,000 Instagram accounts following @waimz.social, counted in the order they follow, including accounts that already follow us when the campaign starts. One benefit per person, per Instagram account and per Waimz account.
Campaign period. The campaign starts on October 22, 2026 and ends when 1,000 eligible followers are reached or on December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
The benefit. One (1) month of Waimz Premium, which normally costs US$19 per month. Free for eligible participants.
How you get it. We will send eligible participants a personal redemption code by direct message from the official @waimz.social Instagram account only. We will never ask you for a password, payment card or other sensitive details in a DM. Codes sent from any other account are not valid.
How to redeem. Enter the code in the Waimz app between January 1, 2027 and December 31, 2027. Codes not redeemed by December 31, 2027 expire. Redemption may go through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply.
After the free month. If redeeming the code starts a Premium subscription, it may renew at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free month ends, through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Not transferable. Codes are personal. They cannot be transferred, sold, shared or exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
Fair play. We may verify eligibility and may disqualify fake, duplicate or automated accounts, or anyone who abuses the offer. We may change, suspend or end the campaign where needed for legal, technical or fairness reasons.
Other terms. This offer is subject to the Waimz Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If these campaign terms conflict with those, these campaign terms apply only to the campaign.
Not Instagram. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
