This Cookie Policy explains how Humainz, Inc. ("we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Waimz™ website, waimz.com (the "Website"), and in the Waimz™ app. Waimz™ is a brand and product owned and operated by Humainz, Inc. 1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage (information a website saves in your browser), pixels, scripts and, in apps, software development kits (SDKs) and device identifiers. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".

3. Strictly necessary
These are always on, because the Website cannot work properly without them.
- Your cookie choice. We store your choice in your browser's local storage under the key "waimz.cookie-consent.v3", so we do not ask you on every visit.
- Sign-in and session. If you sign in on the Website (for example to delete your account at waimz.com/deleteaccount), we store a sign-in token in your browser to keep you signed in until you sign out or the session expires.
- Hosting and security. Our hosting and security providers may use technologies needed to deliver the Website and protect it against attacks and abuse.
4. Analytics (only with your consent)
We load these tools only after you click "Accept". If you click "Reject", or do nothing, we do not load them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as "Reject" and do not load them.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google). Sets cookies to count visits, pages viewed, traffic sources and how people move around the Website. We use it to understand how the Website is used and to improve it. We configure analytics retention to the shortest practical period. Google's information on how it uses this data: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/
- Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights, EU). A cookieless analytics tool that measures aggregated visits, pages viewed and traffic sources. It does not use cookies and is designed not to track you across websites. We still load it only with your consent.
5. Advertising, measurement and social media
We do not use advertising or measurement pixels, or social media tracking, on the Website today. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires. Links to our social media pages are simple links. The social network may set its own cookies only if you click through to it, and its own policies apply there.

7. Your choices
- Cookie banner. On your first visit you can click "Accept" or "Reject". Both are equally easy.
- Change your mind at any time. Click "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing consent does not affect what happened before.
- We may ask again. We may ask for your choice again, for example when this policy changes materially or when we add a new category that needs your consent.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it as a request to opt out and treat it as "Reject" for analytics cookies on that browser.
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary items may stop parts of the Website from working, such as signing in.
- Google Analytics opt-out. You can also use Google's browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
8. In our app
The Waimz™ app does not use browser cookies, but it uses SDKs and device identifiers that work in a similar way:
- Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android, Apple Push Notification service on iPhone): a push token lets us send you notifications, including the sender's name and a message preview.
- App analytics and diagnostics (Google Analytics for Firebase): measures how the app is used and helps us find and fix problems. Where the law requires your consent for this, we ask for it.
- Sign-in (Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google) and purchases (App Store, Google Play): handled by Apple and Google under their own terms and privacy policies.
You can limit these in your device settings:
- Turn off notifications or message previews for the app.
- Turn off location access for the app.
- Review your device's privacy and tracking settings.
- Delete the app to stop all collection through it. Deleting the app does not delete your account; to delete your account, use the app settings or waimz.com/deleteaccount.
9. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when our practices change. If we add new categories that need your consent, we will ask you again. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
