Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: October 10, 2026
These are the child safety standards for the Waimz app (developer: Humainz, Inc.). Waimz is strictly for adults 18+, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
Waimz™ is a brand and product owned and operated by Humainz, Inc.
Zero tolerance
Waimz prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children, including grooming, sextortion of a minor, trafficking of a child for sex, and any sexualization of minors — whether real, drawn, or AI-generated. This applies everywhere on Waimz: profiles, photos, messages, communities, places and events.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use Waimz. We collect date of birth at sign-up, may use automated tools, human review and third-party age-assurance providers, and remove accounts we believe belong to minors. These measures are imperfect, which is why reports from our community matter.
What is prohibited
- Any CSAM, including links to it or requests for it
- Contacting, soliciting or attempting to meet anyone you know or suspect is under 18
- Grooming, sexualized conversation with or about minors, or sextortion
- Any image of a minor on Waimz, in any context
- Using Waimz to facilitate child trafficking or exploitation
How we detect it
We use a combination of automated detection and human Trust & Safety review, and we prioritize child-safety reports above all other reports.
How to report
In the app, tap Report on any profile or in any chat and choose the child-safety option. You can also email childsafety@humainz.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first. In the U.S. you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
Enforcement
Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned, related content is removed, and we take steps to prevent the person from returning.
Reporting to authorities
Humainz, Inc. reports apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. law, preserves relevant information as required, and cooperates with law enforcement and other competent authorities in the countries where Waimz operates.
