Community Guidelines
Last Updated: May 30, 2026
Welcome to the Waimz community. Waimz is the real-world LGBTQ+ social app for dating, communities, and discovering places to go. Our mission is to help LGBTQ+ adults find their people, their places, and their person — to date, to belong, and to discover where the night takes you. To keep Waimz a safe, respectful, and joyful platform for everyone, we ask all users to follow these guidelines.
Waimz is a brand and product owned and operated by Humainz, Inc. (“Humainz™”).
1. Be Respectful
Treat others as you would like to be treated. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, and threats of any kind are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, content or behavior targeting race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, HIV status, or body type. Waimz is built for the full LGBTQ+ spectrum — gay, lesbian, bi, trans, non-binary, queer, and questioning people are all welcome and protected here.
2. Be Authentic
Be real. Impersonation, fake profiles, catfishing, and misleading information undermine trust in the community. Represent yourself honestly, and use recent photos that are actually you.
3. Keep It Consensual and Adults-Only
Waimz is an 18+ community. All interactions must be consensual. Respect boundaries and intent: people come to Waimz to date, to make friends, and to find community, and not everyone is looking for the same thing. Do not pressure, coerce, or send unsolicited explicit content. Sharing sexually explicit content publicly, or with anyone who has not consented to receive it, is prohibited.
4. Nudity and Sexual Content
Waimz is a sex-respectful community, not a pornography platform. We keep public spaces comfortable for everyone — whether someone is here to date, make friends, or find community — while leaving room for consenting adults to communicate privately. The line is public vs. private and, always, consent.
Not allowed anywhere on Waimz — public or private:
- Pornography, or images or video depicting sexual acts (real or simulated, clothed or unclothed), including masturbation or penetration.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE) of any kind. This is a zero-tolerance, immediate-ban-and-report violation — see the Child Safety section below.
- Content depicting non-consensual sexual activity, or that sexualizes anyone who has not consented.
- "Revenge porn," upskirts, hidden-camera content, or any intimate image shared without the depicted person's consent.
- Bodily fluids in a sexual context.
- Bestiality, or any sexual content involving animals.
- Offers, advertisements, or solicitation of commercial sexual services, escorting, or "sugar" arrangements in exchange for money or goods.
- Sex trafficking or any content that facilitates it.
Not allowed in public spaces (profiles, photos, bios, display names, community posts, places, and any public-facing field):
- Nudity, including exposed genitals, anuses, or female nipples. (To comply with app store requirements, female-presenting nipples are treated as nudity in public spaces.)
- Sexually explicit poses, close-ups of clothed or unclothed erogenous zones, or content whose primary purpose is sexual arousal.
- Profile photos that are not of you, or that hide your face behind sexual content.
- Stating explicit sexual desires, requests, or "looking for sex right now" language in public profile fields. You are welcome to express who you are and what kind of connection you're seeking in tasteful terms.
In private one-to-one chats between matched, consenting adults:
- Adult conversation between people who both want it is permitted. Nudity and explicit images, however, remain prohibited even in private — Waimz does not host or transmit nude or pornographic imagery.
- Always get consent first. Never send sexual messages or images to someone who hasn't clearly welcomed them. Unsolicited explicit content ("cyberflashing") is a serious violation and may result in immediate removal.
- "No" means no. If someone declines or stops engaging, respect it immediately. Continued pressure is harassment.
We use a combination of automated detection and human moderation to enforce these rules. Both can make mistakes; if you see something that shouldn't be here, report it. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent removal depending on severity — and unlawful content will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5. No Spam or Solicitation
Do not use Waimz to send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotional material. Repeated, unwanted contact with other users is considered spam and may result in account action. Commercial sexual services and escorting are prohibited.
6. Respect Privacy — Never Out Anyone
Do not share another person's personal information without their consent. This includes photos, contact details, location data, or any private communications from the platform. "Outing" someone — revealing a person's sexual orientation or gender identity without their explicit permission — is a serious violation and may result in immediate removal.
7. No Illegal Activity
Do not use Waimz for any illegal purposes, including fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, human trafficking, or any other activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws.
8. Stay Safe When Meeting and Exploring Places
Waimz helps you discover LGBTQ+-friendly venues, scenes, and people near you. When meeting someone in person or attending an event or venue, behave respectfully toward everyone, follow venue and event rules, and use good judgment. We cannot guarantee your safety, so always take sensible precautions when meeting new people. Report any inappropriate behavior to venue staff, event organizers, or Waimz support.
Child Safety and Prohibited Content
Waimz (a brand of Humainz, Inc.) is committed to child safety and strictly prohibits the publication, promotion, distribution, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes but is not limited to images, videos, text, or any other media that depicts, promotes, or attempts to normalize the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Waimz is strictly an 18+ platform. Any user found to be engaging in such activity will face immediate account termination and will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement agencies.
Waimz maintains an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report suspected CSAM/CSAE content or behavior directly within the app. All reports are reviewed promptly by our Trust & Safety team. Humainz, Inc. complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to U.S. federal and state laws regarding child exploitation.
For child safety concerns, contact: childsafety@humainz.com.
9. Trust & Safety Tools
Your safety is in your hands. Waimz gives you tools to control who sees you and how you interact, including verification, block and report, incognito/ghost mode, hiding your distance, and discreet app mode. Misusing these tools to harass, deceive, or endanger others is prohibited.
10. Report Violations
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through the app or contact us at support@humainz.com. All reports are reviewed confidentially.
11. Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense. Humainz, Inc. reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion.
12. Changes to Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
