Delete your Waimz account
This page lets you request deletion of your Waimz™ account and the personal data linked to it. Waimz is an app by Humainz, Inc.
Request deletion
- Sign in with the same email or Google account you use in the app.
- Confirm the request.
- Your account and personal data are deleted within 48 hours.

You can also delete your account inside the app from your profile settings. Can't sign in? Email privacy@humainz.com from the email on your account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, photos, bio, birthday, pronouns, orientation and gender identity, interests and preferences.
- Your account login, email address and phone number linked to Waimz.
- Your location data, connections and chats, community memberships, saved places, push tokens and notification settings.
- Verification data, which is deleted once its purpose is met.
What we keep, and for how long
- Email address and phone number: up to 180 days after deletion, for trust and safety (for example, to stop banned accounts from coming back). Up to seven years if your account was reported or flagged for breaking our rules.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Support requests: up to seven years, to handle legal claims.
- Backups: removed automatically on our backup schedule.
- Aggregated, anonymized information that no longer identifies you.
